Directions
All Food and Beverage areas including stainless steel benches, trolleys, utensils, tanks, tiled walls and floors where an acid cleaner is preferred. Also suitable for use in bathrooms, changing rooms, pools and other wet areas.
Directions
Use at a dilution of between 1:40 (25mL/L) up to 1:5 (200mL/L) depending on level of scale.
1. Use Acid Foamer through a wall mounted or trolley foaming unit.
2. Adjust air to give a foam that forms a blanket on equipment without being too dry. Acid Foamer may also be used in soak tanks but should not be used through a high pressure unit due to creation of high fume levels. Acid foamer can be used in with a high pressure unit if full protection including air supplied hood is worn.
If chlorinated products are used in the area, ensure all residues are rinsed off before using Acid Foamer.
GENERAL CLEANING: 1:40 (2.5%v/v)
1. Pre-rinse surface to remove gross soiling.
2. Using a foam applicator, apply Acid Foamer at the suggested concentration.
3. Allow adequate contact time until soil loosens.
4. Rinse product contacting surfaces with potable water after use.
SANITISER: 1:200 (0.5%v/v)
1. Surfaces should be previously cleaned and rinsed.
2. Using a foam applicator, apply Acid Foamer at the recommended concetration.
3. Allow foam to stand for a minimum of 5 minutes.
4. Direct contact with prescribed goods must be prevented and treated surfaces adequately drained before processing operations resume.
